Business Development Account Manager Scandinavia
Our client is an online broker in Limassol, with a platform that offers trade in more than 26 countries, access to 120 stocks worldwide and where clients can invest independently in shares, options, etc.
The company is looking for a results-driven, passionate Business Development Professional (Finnish / Swedish / Norwegian / Danish) with a deep understanding of the financial market to join the team and focus on expanding their presence in the Scandinavian region. This full-time, in-office position requires a candidate with a strong sales background, proven partnership creation skills, and a deep understanding of the specific market.
- Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to drive growth and expand MEXEM's presence in the above mentioned regions.
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners, including financial institutions, fintech companies, and other industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals that align with company objectives and contribute to long-term success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships in the region.
- Prepare and deliver reports on account management activities, performance metrics, and insights to senior management.
- Some experience in business development, account management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining successful partnerships and driving business growth.
- Excellent understanding of the specific market, including key players, trends, and opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in the language specific needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Fluent Finnish / Swedish / Norwegian / Danish and English skills
- The working hours are 9.30am – 18.30pm, Monday to Friday
