Salary: 1.200 – 1.400 gross monthly salary plus 13th salary
Our client, a well established B2B IT retail solutions company based in Limassol, is looking to hire an IT Technician to be part of the fast growing team.
Provide first line support and technical expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve customer issues while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Respond to, resolve and document all incoming cases reported by client via telephone and other support channels as required
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients etc
Assume responsibility for the smooth operation of all servers, computers, workstation, network configuration for clients.
A background in hardware, networking, configuration, security etc. is a must.
A degree in IT would be an advantage
Microsoft Certified will be a big advantage (MCSA, MTA, MCSE)
At least 2 years of related IT experience
Have experience with supporting medium to enterprise organizations
Strong technical abilities in many diverse technical fields, basic understanding of Windows environment, Active Directory services, Networking
Troubleshooting installing and setup of Microsoft Servers, exchange, SharePoint
Troubleshoot PC / Workstation hardware issues.
Troubleshoot and repair Microsoft software issues
Install and setup Basic Routers and WIFI routers and access points
Working knowledge of computer hardware and physical device interfaces, experience with managing systems on Virtual platforms
Soft Skills required:
Ability to multi task
Ability to work effectively in a team structure
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
Good personality and excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Working hours are Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m (Wednesday 9 a.m – 3 p.m.) and Saturday 9 a.m – 3 p.m
Gross monthly salary of 1.200 – 1.400 plus 13th salary
