Our client is an emergent group of companies structured as holding company and the entities under the umbrella operate in the financial and real estate industries . Our client is currently looking to hire a Head of International Sales to be based at the Limassol offices

We’re seeking to employ a professional to undertake a Head of International sales role to lead our real estate sales activities in international markets and working on generating new leads resulting in sales deals.

Position requirements :
Academic qualification to a University degree level in finance, economics, management or similar;
At least 5 years of experience of leading and supervising a portfolio of real estate projects internationally and/or investment portfolio management (non-financial);
Strong knowledge of project management;
Proven track record of successful sales deals in different markets;
Strong knowledge of real estate market;
Basic knowledge of legal frameworks of the real estate sector in different markets;
Good understanding of pricing, marketing and promotion strategies;
Understanding of customer demands and global market trends;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills;
Fluency in English language;
Computer literacy.

Head of International Real Estate Sales shall be responsible for leading the real estate sales activities in international markets and working on generating new leads resulting in sales deals as specified herein:
Implementation of the company’s real estate sales business plans in the markets of the company’s real estate projects presence;
Building and guiding a sales team including coaching and mentoring of the sales team;
Negotiating cooperation terms with third parties within agreed paramenters and signing legal agreements;
Sourcing, developing and expanding client relationships database globally;
Developing and maintaining a database of qualified leads;
Managing partners’ and agents’ sales activities and ensuring the project/s professionally presented to all interested parties;
Representing sales of the project/s on behalf of the company in public affairs: during private meetings, sales events, presentations, exhibitions, etc.;
Planning and arranging (together with marketing department) promotional activities aimed at generating new leads which may result in sales;
Accumulating and providing the marketing department with firsthand significant information on the market, competitors’ projects, the real estate sector trends;
Providing feedback on sales and marketing activities to the Marketing department;
Adhering to the company’s marketing strategy and providing feedback on its efficiency;
Preparation of sales progress reports for assessment and further recommendations;
Maintaining accurate records of all leads, clients, associates, sales deals and inquiries in the CRM system;
Cooperating with other departments for legal, finance, administrative and other sales related issues;
Handling sales related paper work: reservation/sales agreements, payment control, keeping track of deal status;
Evaluating sales progress and developing recommendations on improvement;
Assessing sales staff performance and carrying out performance appraisal procedures when required;
After sales customer service of high level.
