Legal 500 Leading Law Firm having designated offices in Cyprus in 3 prime locations and an International network of offices overseas is looking to hire a Financial Services Banking Lawyer.

The need is for strong lawyers who have built their legal exposure around Banking and Financial services.

Providing legal advice to multinational companies, listed companies and International Banks
Drafting legal opinions and various legal documents such as pledge and loan agreements, guarantees, debentures and promissory notes
Reviewing various finance agreements and documents such as share purchase agreements, security documents, facility agreements, guarantee agreements, subordination agreements
Look after a range of Clients including Private, HNW Individuals and Corporates
Cover all aspects of Financing and security matters and advice on complex financial dealings and guide clients through the legal issues associated with structuring, secured transactions, public finance, distressed assets and loan workouts, foreclosures, creditors rights and lender liabilities.
Extensive experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and complex cross border transactions.

Requirements :
University degree in Law (preferably from a UK University)
Minimum 6 years relevant exposure within Banking or the Financial Services
Fluent and strong command English and Greek
