Our client a leading Shipping and Logistics company based in Limassol are currently looking to employ a dynamic individual in the role of Documentation Officer /Shipping Line Agency
Duties and responsibilities:
To prepare all documentation and invoicing for import and export cargo shipments.
To prepare, issue and review bills of lading and cargo documentation.
To meet deadlines and ensure that all documentation is issued on time so as not to delay any vessel and cargo operations.
To update and record all information and costs in Company’s and Line’s operational software and systems.
To be available to work AOH/ Weekends/ Holidays, if needed.
Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree (desired).
Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field (desired).
Languages: Good written and verbal Greek and English
Adherence to deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work during weekends and out of office hours
Team player (communication and interpersonal skills)
Good concentration skills and attention to detail
