Our client in Nicosia, a CySEC regulated Forex Company, is looking for a Czech speaking Customer Support Agent. The successful candidate should be a native Czech Republic person with fair English language skills. Responsibilities:
Needs to be the first line of contact with clients
Answers inbound customer calls, chats and Email inquiries in accordance with the established criteria and the tenants of “Customer First”
Provides exceptional customer service at all times
Resolves customer issues and concerns, efficiently and professionally
Demonstrates and implements our strategy to all internal and external customers
Enters customer call information into tracking software consistently and accurately
Promotes and ensures that the customer service delivered is of highest quality
Represents Key Way Investments Ltd in a professional manner at all times
Works effectively with co-workers to research customer issues and concerns and finds solutions
Consults with the manager to clarify priorities, escalation processes and assignments
Accepts assignments with open, cooperative, positive and team-oriented attitude
Alerts supervisors when there is an absence of information in the database
Analyses customer problems and research solutions
Diagnoses customer issues appropriately based on existing guidelines
Completes other duties as assigned

Requirements:
University / College degree in Business, Marketing, Computer related field or equivalent
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
Phone etiquette skills
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and business software
Proven customer service proficiency
Ability to deal with difficult customers in a professional manner
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated willingness to learn and implement new processes
Attention to Detail, Self-Control and Empathy
A high level of stress tolerance
