Salary: Starting salary up to 1,200 EUR gross plus commissions plus medical insurance after 3 months
Our client is a leader in the international internet gaming industry providing gaming support to players as well as product and solutions packages & support to B2B partners. They are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their team based in Limassol and be a part of the team who will be the image of the company and responsible for the quality of the experience provided to the customers.
Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
Answering client’s requests
Promoting products and services to clients
Optimize customers’ satisfaction
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
Maintaining professionalism at all instances
Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage effectively, in an accurate manner, a lot of tasks running at the same time.
Ability to take thoughtful initiative, work under pressure
Strong communication skills with solid proficiency in professional English.
Any experience in a platform based company will be considered as an advantage
The working hours for the Customer Support department, are divided in three shifts: 10:00-18:00, 18:00-02:00 and 14:00-22:00. (Total of 40 working hours per week)
Candidate must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Starting salary is 1200 Euro Gross.
