Job Detail
This Corporate Services Company in Limassol is looking for an energetic and proactive Corporate Lawyer.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients with regards to their corporate needs
Prepare and review Corporate Agreements such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Resolutions, Share Holders’ Agreements, Trusts and Memorandum and Articles of Associations
Monitor and comply with all KYC and AML procedure with the applicable laws
Prepare legal opinions and advice on Commercial and Corporate Law
Register new companies in Cyprus and abroad as required

Rewuirements:
Member of the Cyprus bar Association.
5+ years of Corporate Law in a similar position.
Fluent in Greek and English (Written & Spoken)
Experience in Corporate Law:

– Company Formation in Cyprus and abroad
– Raising of Share Capital
– Changes to Company officials
– Drafting of contracts (Sale and Purchase agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Tenancy Agreements)
– Knowledge about Compliance (Ideally Cysec registered) in order to act as a compliance officer for the company

The working hours are 8:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
