Job Detail
Our client is a Leading FinTech Provider to the global finance industry and they are looking to recruit a Business Development Consultant for their offices based in Limassol.

The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for generating new business through building relationships with potential clients, managing incoming leads effectively and in a timely manner and proactive leads generation.

Responsibilities
Grow the company’s client base
Responsible for meeting sales targets, processes and procedures of the department
Ensure that they meet monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with overseas branches to generate leads
Engage and work with external introducers, and maintain good relationships with partners
Prepare accurate sales documentation and product description of our services
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Implement sales strategies to keep the company’s offerings competitive and innovative
Maintain a solid understanding of the financial markets and Forex industry
Maintain a solid understanding of company’s offering and forthcoming releases

Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration or relevant field will be considered an advantage.
At least one year of experience at a relevant position
Knowledge of CRMs, lead management and cold calling
Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling
Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts quickly.
Great communication
Technical sales experience will be considered as an advantage.
Ability to grasp technical and financial concepts quickly
Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize different tasks quickly
Fluent written and spoken English any additional language will be considered an advantage
Results driven and self-motivated
