Our client, is a growing Forex Broker based in Limassol looking to recruit, a Back-Office Assistant.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact to customers in supporting the Accounting team by answering questions related to transactions.
Uploading collected documents provided by Clients, IB’s and Affiliates, following KYC procedures.
Processing internal transfers.
Investigating clients’ withdrawal requests, and deposits of Bank Wire transfers.
Add/deduct funds from Demo Accounts.
Assigning and monitoring all available promotions/bonuses.
Adjust leverages and groups based on Risk Management Instructions.
Deal with payment service providers in relation to payments issues.
Weekly and monthly reporting to the Head of Back-Office.
Prepare daily Deposits and Withdrawal reports.
Assisting Clients with General Inquiries via e-mail.
Updating notes in CRM regarding clients’ data (KYC, Bonuses, leverages, Special approvals/exceptions).
A minimum of 6 months experience in back office administration preferably within the Forex sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high fluency in English.
Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Capacity to work under pressure and with strict deadlines.
Strong sense of professionalism, organizational and analytical skills.
Self-learner and highly motivated individual.
Statistical analyses experience would be advantageous.
