This Blockchain Company in Limassol is looking for an Agile,Scrum Master. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the scrum processes and scrum meetings. He is required to increase the team’s efficiency, motivate his team, spins, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. He must ensure the?DoD (Definition of done)?is being followed.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum sprint planning
Help identify and manage incoming and outgoing dependencies for the team
Help remove impediments raised by members of the team
Communicative and social. Clearly communicate changes/requests to the team and status/compromises to stakeholders
Facilitation. Must be able to lead and demonstrate value of direction to a team
Assertive. Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls.
Situational Awareness. Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management
Conflict Resolution. Seek to find compromise when requirements conflict and know how to negotiate with collaborators within or outside the team
Supports Transparency. Build strong, trusting relationships with development teams, product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional development groups
Flexibility. Adapt to changing conditions with changed plans and priorities
Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
Guiding the team on how to self-organise
Guiding the team on self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation.
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.

Required Skills:
Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous?Burndown?technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
You have previously worked with a product based Company and ideally running Agile scrums with remote development teams
Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA
Experience in working with software development teams Ideally, Angular, Node.js, ASP.NET background will be useful
Experience in writing Technical requirements
Pince2 certified or equivalent would be an advantage
Fluent in English

Preferred Skills (Any of these is a plus):
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills

The working hours will be 9.00-18.00
