Our client a leading Shipping and Logistics company based in Limassol are currently looking to employ a dynamic individual in the role of Accounts Assistant /Operations Assistant
Duties and responsiblities:
To perform all necessary checks and record income and expenses from operations.
To issue invoices promptly after job closure and to send the same to customers and principals.
To understand the shipping and logistics business and record information on operational software.
To provide office support to operational teams.
To carry out financial due diligence to customers as may be required.
To ensure that filing is done on a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications: LCCI Accounting Higher Diploma/ Bachelors’ degree (desired).
Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in shipping or logistics or accounting.
Languages: Good written and verbal Greek and English
Adherence to deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work during weekends and out of office hours
Team player (communication and interpersonal skills)
Good concentration skills and attention to detail
