Salary: About 1,000 Euros gross +medical insurance + discounts + 13th and 14th salary.
Our client, an Insurance Company is looking to hire a Security System Assistance Controller for their team in Limassol. The company as a clear, transparent and strict working environment with high quality standards and lots of opportunities to grow.
Handle emergencies around the clock and will be required to dispatch the right associate within strict timeframes
Ensure that you have sufficient technicians on call at any time and efficiently coordinate the Task Force Team and Network of Approved Associates
Ability to analyze a complex situation and filter complicate information
Need to have good judgment showing logical decision making, and a “hands on” approach
Work in Shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays and receive additional allowances paid for shift work
Receive coaching and feedback to help you further develop your skills
Previous experience in the Security (Alarm systems) fields i.e. people who worked before either behind the office or hands on in security companies, who know how to set up such system and maintain it and to service their customers.
Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field as it will be considered an advantage
Have exceptional customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate flexibility & reliability in meeting work demands and perform under pressure
Be Energetic and enthusiastic
Have good command of the Greek and English language (speaking, reading, writing)
Be Computer literate in MS Office for Word, Excel and Power Point
The working hours are office hours
1000 Euros +10% on end of probation plus medical insurance + discounts + 13th and 14th salary.
Incentives scheme which is percentage on monthly targets/overall performance that can be from 0 to 400 (perhaps more as there is no sealing amount)
