Our client, a a well-established FMCG Trading Company in Nicosias, is looking to recruit a professional in the position of Sales Representative/Brand Manager, in order to increase the import and distribution of our products to hypermarket, grocery, convenience stores, HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafeteria’s) etc. across the island. The main function of Sales Representative is the sale of all Company’s product categories that are launched in the market from time to time in the assigned outlets. The sales representative is responsible to maximize the sales of all the Company’s product categories and to maintain all product categories always available, in good quality and visible and to maintain excellent business relations with retailers.
Develop and grow the network of clientele and business partners by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
Ensuring effective Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and grow an existing sales relationship within Cyprus
Set and meet commercial targets
Assisting with forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions, effective cost control and establishing price strategy
Maintain excellent level of technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends of products and solutions, monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
Identify marketing opportunities via all channels
Ensure listing of all products including new SKU’s
Responsible for all receivables related to his/her customers
Promptly communicate trade and competitors’ information to management
Ensure collection is made in line with company’s set payment terms and collection target
Develop proper business relations with the customers and account personnel
Experience within a same role
EU-citizenship / work permit
Relevant working experience
Strong sales skills
Excellent English and Greek skills
The working hours are at least 8 hours per day and will be flexible from Monday – Friday (candidate can decide, it’s all about sales to be made).
