Our client is a leading FX company based in Limassol and they are looking to recruit a Russian speaking Talent Acquisition Officer.
Coordinates the management team in order to conduct workforce planning
Conducts job analyses
Actively participates and ensures implementation of the attraction, recruitment, selection & induction process
Designs the relevant assessment tools and interview guides for each position and ensures that management is aware and trained to administer them
Coordinates with Marketing on media plans for recruitment campaigns and employer branding
Attends career fairs
Maintains a network of strategic partners (recruitment agencies, professional associations, academic institutions etc) for sourcing candidates
Handles all legal and employment relations issues
Conducts exit interviews
Acts as a Brand Ambassador for the company
University Degree in Human Resources Management
Minimum of 2-year working experience in recruitment and selection
Excellent command of English and Russian language.
Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
