Our client is a leading international CySEC Licensed Forex Trading Company in Limassol and they are looking for a Junior Dealer (Russian speaking)

The main responsibilities of the role will be:
Handling Customers operations via terminals or by phone
Monitoring the Customers’ activity work, its influence to the Company’s revenue, dividing them into groups, for proper handling their operations and processing the company’s risks, preparing reports on their results and profitability
Monitoring the normal functioning of the software
Executing the orders of the superiors
Providing Company’s management and employees with the information related to the market and to the expertise of the dealing desk
Monitoring and processing of the hedging operations
Monitoring the market and competitors’ trends and news
Preparing all regular reporting requested by Regulator and addressing other Regulator-related issues

The role requires someone with the following skills and experience:
CySec Basic certificate is a must, CySec Advanced certificate is preferable
At least 1 year of working experience as a dealer in a CySec-regulated CIF
Technical / economical higher education
Knowledge of financial markets (futures, options, stocks) and particularly forex
Experience in working with specific dealing and trading software (MT4 is a big plus)
Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
Fluent English and Russian
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a stressful environment responding to customers claims and requests, handling difficult cases simultaneously conducting the operations through the terminal
Analytical thinking
