Our client is an Asset Management Firm located in Limassol, they are currently looking to recruit a dynamic individual in the role of IT Specialist.

About the Company:
Our client was founded in 2016 by a team of successful professionals, with an excellent reputation in global financial markets. This is an independent project, a large-scale financial startup, where shareholders aimed to adjust the most efficient process of wealth management, involving best talents and top brains of finance, law, information and communication technology.
The project is created to consolidate customized service and tailor-made approach together with wide range of professional tools that were used only by limited circle of professionals before. These tools will be uncovered now for more opened and reliable relations between finance professionals and HNWIs.
The client has umbrella brand architecture which includes Asset Management ,Property Investment Funds. The Group is looking forward to launching Private Banking Firm and Innovations company – a special fund for investment in modernization and development of efficient financial environment.
The clients headquarters is based in Cyprus and other branches are located in Austria and Italy. The Group has plans to launch in other locations in key financial markets in the next two years.

The Position:
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem and determines and implements solutions.

Implementation of new services. Very useful experience – successful implementation of ERP, CRM Contract work, understanding of economics of project and divisions, budgeting The ability to organize information The ability to decompose the task/project by specific steps To develop planning documentation Implement communication in project and subdivisions To work with records of quality ( including corrective action, preventive action, requests for inconsistencies management) Knowledge of MS Office package (OpenOffice), especially Excel Business correspondence

Principal Accountabilities:
Perform the role of 1-3 lines of support depending on competencies;
Provide support to sector experts located in Moscow office to maintain the basic services (email, file exchange, IP telephony, terminal access, system of access control and management, video monitoring, user terminals, printing, document management, corporate portal);
Provide support to sector experts located in Moscow office on business services proper functioning (Point9, Quik, Bloomberg, SAP, 1C, World-check etc);
Provide support and training of computer users (if necessary) in Limassol;
Organize implementation of new services (if necessary) in cooperation with specialists in Moscow;
Maintain the engineering infrastructure of offices in Limassol;

Area of responsibility:
Users;

IT projects;
Other technical equipment of the company;
Compliance of IT infrastructure with the requirements of normative documents (with support of sector employees of the company);

Key Competencies & Qualifications:
Higher technical education;
Education in Economics/Finance (second education / upgrade training course); upgrade training course/additional education in project management would be an asset;
Courses of CISCO, Microsoft, Linux, courses on major vendors hardware, etc. would be an asset;
Required work experience: 2 years in a similar position;
Work experience in large company (better foreign company) (IT, industry, energy, construction, finance, investment, telecommunications) would be an asset;
PMI certificates or any certificate in PM would be an asset;

Required knowledge:
Projects management methodology
Linux / Unix
Networks: OSI model – useful
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (and later versions) Database and work with them ITIL, SLA, process approach to management – useful

Desirable:
Certificates in IT;
Russian language (native or fluent), English language (upper-intermediate level);
Maintenance of documentation of projects / systems;
Configuration of network hardware CISCO/Juniper/Mikrotik, CheckPoint (certificates, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Bridge, seamless Wi-Fi, etc.) would be an asset;
Configuration of server hardware, server virtualization Hyper-V/ESXI, server OS (*NIX, MS), server applications, for example, (Asterisk, FreeNAS, Sharepoint, SQL) would be an asset;
Configuration of workstations, printers, multifunction printers, IP phones and other user devices;
Windows 10;

Special requirement:
Driving license B
