Job Detail
This Corporate Services Company in Limassol is looking for an energetic and proactive Office Administrator with excellent English skills. The Office Administrator / PA is responsible for maintaining day to day administrative and personnel services in order to meet company requirements and provide support to all company operations with its Clients. The employee must report directly to the Office Manager or Company Director.

Answering all company calls, transferring calls to relevant Company members and taking messages where necessary
Arranging appointments and maintaining calendar in an accurate and timely manner
Reviewing and answering company correspondence. Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post
Filtering and scanning mailboxes for other members of the Company. Respond in a prompt, professional and timely manner at all times
Performing other related duties as required by the Company Director and report to him accordingly (Among other tasks may include typing, filing, data input and etc.)
Preparing and issuing invoices on behalf of the Company and its Clients
Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Manage the filing, storage and security of Company records. All files should be maintained properly and new data should be filed regularly
Ensure new files are created for new companies
Obtain and maintain all up to date KYC documentation for each company
Provide secretarial and administrative support to accounting and legal departments with any tasks related to the Company business as required
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment to ensure smooth operation of the office
Maintain business premises (the office) clean and tidy at all times
Maintain a daily/weekly time log-book as required by the Company
Make the necessary travelling arrangements for the Company Director as per his request
Prepare a monthly newsletter for the company, post it online and e-mail it to our database
Deal with promoting the company’s services to new & existing markets
Maintaining a clear and up to date electronic contact list for the company

At least 7 years’ experience in similar position
Excellent English skills and one more language: Greek / Russian / Hebrew
Good and bubbly personality
The ability to talk and explain themselves so excellent communication skills
Taking initiatives
Responsible person
Motivated, committed and disciplined
Work permit/EU-citizenship

The working hours are 8:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
