Job Detail
Our client is an International Corporate Services, Tax Consultancy & Trust Firm in Limassol. They are now looking to employ a Junior Banking Administrator.

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the day to day banking administration duties as per Clients requirements (i.e. bank account openings, bank transfers and other banking related matters)
Ensure a prompt and professional response is provided to the Client queries as per the Company s procedures and policies and on a timely manner
Manage and control banking administration procedures following the related Company’s KYC procedures
Cooperate effectively and efficiently with team members in relation to substitution of each other, training, exchange of information and generally in any matter that will result to offer the best service for the clients

The ideal candidate will be/have:
At least 2 years’ experience in corporate services sector as a corporate administrator (preferably Banking Administrator)
Very good English skills
Very good use of Microsoft Office Packages is required
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Highly organized individual who is willing to multitask and work in challenging work environment
Willing and enthusiastic to team
Adaptability
Strong work ethic
Time management

The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 6.00pm with one-hour lunch break four days a week and once a week 8.30am – 3.00pm with half an hour lunch break
