Job Detail
Our client is a well established CySec Regulated FX company based here in Limassol that have been in operation for a number of years and due to the expansion of their team here in Limassol they are looking to hire a Back Office Administrator to join their team.

The position will be responsible for:
” Process applications for the opening of new client’s accounts into the Company’s software
” Amend existing Client Accounts (i.e. Valid Documents, updated information),
” Provide information to Clients and prospects regarding the Company
” Answer all emails received from clients regarding queries on account opening process as well as amending existing accounts,
” Implement strong Know Your Client procedure to all potential and existing Clients,
” Validate provided documentation with an independent third party electronic verification provider (e.g. World Check, etc),
” Ensure that all necessary documentation are collected and update the Company’s software about the collection of these documents,
” Keep client records (i.e. agreements, ID documents, investor questionnaire, Know Your Client information) in electronic form,
” Forward financial matters and requests to the Accounting Department,
” Liaise with the Head of Back Office for any queried issues,
” Deposits/Withdrawals to/from the clients’ accounts;
” Internal Transfers between the clients’ accounts;
” On-going monitoring for high risk funding activities;
” Daily Reconciliation of the payments;
” Apply anti-fraud measures for incoming/outgoing payments;
” Preparing report for our regulatory authorizer as per their request ( Daily up to yearly)
” Obtaining FX pricing from Liquidity providers and execute client trades
” Responsible to run complex reporting as required by company management
” Interacting with Liquidity providers and aggregators in order to obtain best pricing and execution for the company and its clients
” Quoting, confirming and transmitting client trades in line with company’s policy and procedures
” Keeping up to date with market information and monitoring trends in all major currency pairings
” Updating colleagues and supporting colleagues from other departments
” Training on companies procedure and Anti-Money Laundry (AML)

The ideal candidate will have/be:
” A University Degree in Business or relevant is preferred
” Excellent English skills with any additional European language an advantage
” Previous experience within a Financial Trading Company in a Back Office position is a must
” Excellent organizing and communicating skills
” Energetic, motivated, willingness to learn
