Job Detail
Our client is a holding company in Limassol which is primarily focused on the European telecommunications sector. They are looking for a financial analyst that can assist in the analysis, forecasting, budgeting and management reports of the company by forming a weekly and monthly financial analysis.

The main responsibilities of the role will be:
Prepare weekly and monthly management and KPI reports as well as commenting on them
Prepare, examine and monitor Annual Budget process and Quarterly Forecasts, highlighting key movements
Perform ad hoc analysis
Participate in group projects and creation of financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives Provide feedback, identifying areas of improvement
Recommend alternatives and guidance to reduce costs and improve the company’s competitive position and financial performance
Assembling financial and operational data while ensuring its validity and evaluating the data for any anomalies from actual trends

The role requires someone with the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting or Mathematics
Working towards the CFA Certification or/and Master would be considered a plus
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and other Financial Software Applications (Financial Spreadsheets, databases etc.)
Experience in ERP system (i.e. SAP) is an advantage
Background with analysis, forecasting, budgeting and management reporting
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects effectively and reprioritize quickly and efficiently
High attention to detail; manage new ideas and problem solving
Self-motivated, responsible and pro-active; prepared to take initiative when required
Strong willingness to learn and travel internationally
Must be able to sustain highest standards of discretion and confidentiality

The working hours are from 09:00 am – 17:00 pm , Monday-Friday.
