Job Detail
My client, a Coffee Machine and Capsules Supplier located in Limassol, is looking to hire a B2B Sales Manager.

The functions included in this job are as follows, but not limited to:
-Responsible for B2B Sales activities of the company
-Ensuring effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM), synchronizing between sales,
marketing, contributing to divisional objectives to meet company objectives
-Continually reviewing and developing of the commercial B2B Cyprus business
-Meets sales/commercial targets
-Assists with forecasting requirements; preparing budgets; analysing variances; initiating
corrective actions, effective cost control and establishing pricing strategies
-Maintains excellent level of technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends of products
and solutions
-Identify marketing opportunities via all channels
-Developing and executing growth and business strategy to expand the company’s B2B business
by achieving the targets provided by the executive management
-Improve product marketability and profitability
-Analyze all related commercial trends and results for continued efficiency
-Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the
company’s brands
-Manage orders for products
-Provide quarterly and annual forecasts
-Prepare B2B business reports
-Maintain and grow an existing B2B sales relationship within Cyprus

-Relevant Degree/Certificates
-Strong commercial knowledge of Coffee Business and Horeca
-Good understanding of coffee B2B business
-3 Years in a similar role
-Fluent & Excellent command of English and Greek
-Customer facing friendly personality
-Pleasant and polite
-Be able to speak well with regard to the products and company in meetings and presentation.
