Our client, a well established Cysec Regulated Broker, is looking to hire an Affiliates Support Executive for their offices in Larnaca.
Manage the live support and other direct channels of communication with affiliates
Manage emails from affiliates, respond promptly and resolve queries accordingly
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly
Assisting new clients with the affiliate account process
Provide client with relevant information regarding the affiliate website, promotions and products
Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments
Execute commission payments due to all affiliates on a bi weekly basis
Approve application forms along with documents using KYC procedure of potential affiliates
Investigating the activity of affiliates and partners to eradicate fraudulent actions
Ensure precise and correct information is available via the Partners website and Client Area at all times
Inform clients via their account of any changes or updates that concern them
Monitor unprofitable affiliates and report to relevant departments accordingly
Communicate new Partner processes, initiatives and procedures to all departments
Conduct regular spot checks on existing affiliate website to ensure accurate company information
Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment
Fluency in English plus an additional language
Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Support or HORECA roles
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
