Job Detail
Our client, an innovative communications company based in Limassol, is looking to hire a motivated Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the MDs Personal Assistant as well as the MDs directly. He/She will report directly to the two Joint MDs of our company. As such his/her responsibilities will be shared among the two MDs.

Main duties include:
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
Reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
Maintains MDs appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Represents MDs by attending meetings in their absence
Welcomes guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
Planning meetings and minute taking
Maintaining a filing system
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Act as the alternative point of contact for internal and external clients
Back-up electronic files using proper procedures
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Managing Directors.

The right candidate will have:
Analytical skills
Fluent Greek and English skills (they would like to have an excellent level of English and Greek language (i.e. are you comfortable translating from English to Greek and vice-versa for official documents and press releases
Very good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
Excellent PowerPoint knowledge (they need someone who is able to demonstrate a substantial level of independent work on preparing Power Point presentations, writing press releases, drafting official letters etc. The above needs to be done to a level which requires minimum correction by the CEOs. This is why the salary they offer is higher than that of a regular P
A university degree is a great advantage and will be preferred (preferably in a business related area)
Excellent time management/organizational skills and the ability to multi task and prioritize work as well as attention to detail and problem solving skills are desired

The working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm
